At FORZ we believe that what you build should also give something back. Performance should be visible and tangible. That is why we developed a model that matches the way we work.
You receive a solid base salary, topped up with performance-based commission. You build uncapped commission on the placements you bring in.
You work full time, with our office as the central place where we start the day together between 08:30 and 09:00. You organise your own schedule and take responsibility for how you spend your time.
The office is where ideas take shape, deals are closed and successes are celebrated. We believe in working together in one place, moving quickly and keeping each other sharp. At the same time you are not stuck behind your desk: you are regularly on the road for client and candidate meetings, visiting work sites and seeing practice up close. As you expand your market, your field of work grows with it and opportunities for international deals and trips open up.
