Our story

After studying Law at the University of Amsterdam, Yigal founded his first company, looking after international artists such as Oasis and The Rolling Stones during their time off. Building on his experience in the entertainment industry, he went on to co-found The Music Channel, the Netherlands’ first legal online platform for streaming and downloading audio and video content. Following the sale of the company to publicly listed LCI Technology Group, Yigal moved into the management of bands, artists and football players, including Within Temptation, Omnia, Silkstone and John Owoeri.

In 2018, Yigal met his current business partner, Ben Roz, who shared his vision of building long-term client relationships and representing technical experts in an authentic and highly personal way. Together, they founded FORZ Consultancy, where Yigal continues to pursue his passion for managing and representing talented individuals operating at the highest level.

Ben began his career at ING Bank, where he progressed to Project Manager at a young age. He then joined an international recruitment firm that, at the time, operated primarily within IT and banking. There, he built a new division for the technical sector from the ground up. Under his leadership, it grew into a team of forty recruitment consultants across Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Ben specialised in niche profiles within Health, Safety & Environment and became one of the organisation’s top performers.

Rather than searching for candidates in response to existing client requests, Ben worked with a select group of niche specialists. By thoroughly understanding their expertise and added value, he created opportunities with companies where they could make a genuine difference.

In 2018, Ben met Yigal Fortuin, who shared his vision of professional representation and long-term client relationships. This laid the foundation for the establishment of FORZ Consultancy, where they represent the interests of technical specialists in an authentic and personal way.
