About FORZ
FORZ Consultancy was founded in 2019 by Yigal and Ben.
With a background as an artist manager and football agent, Yigal brought a deep understanding of authentic, personal representation. Ben added over 15 years of engineering recruitment experience and strong technical expertise.
They saw a clear gap in the market: most agencies lacked both personal attention for specialists and real technical insight into client needs. With their combined strengths, they launched FORZ, offering expert-driven, tailored recruitment solutions in the (petro)chemistry, life sciences, and renewable energy sectors.

Yigal Fortuin
After studying law at the University of Amsterdam, Yigal founded his first company, managing the free time of international artists like Oasis and The Rolling Stones. His experience in the entertainment industry led him to co-found The Music Channel, the first legal online streaming and downloadable audio/video platform in the Netherlands. He later managed bands, artists and professional footballers, including Within Temptation, Omnia, Silkstone, John Owoeri and others.
In 2018, Yigal met his current business partner Ben Roz, who shared his vision for building long-term relationships with clients and representing technical experts in an authentic and personal way. Together, they founded FORZ Consultancy, where Yigal continues to pursue his passion as an agent of talented individuals at the highest level.
Ben Roz
Ben’s career began at the ING Bank, where he became a project manager at a young age. Ben later joined an international recruitment organisation, where he managed key accounts in the petrochemical industry and became an expert intermediary in the disciplines Health, Safety and Environmental.
Within five years, Ben was asked to lead the Global Energy department in the Netherlands, where he successfully managed 40 consultants in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. With a dream of starting his own business while remaining a respected agent, Ben partnered with his colleague Yigal Fortuin to found FORZ Consultancy.
Together, they offer clients the benefit of their combined experience and expertise while building long-lasting relationships and providing authentic and personal representation to technical experts.
