Role Responsibilities

As a FORZ Recruitment Consultant, you will proactively approach clients and candidates. Your responsibilities encompass market research, sourcing potential candidates, and conducting interviews. You will call or meet with clients to understand their needs, propose matching profiles, and manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for your candidates. This role offers a challenging mix of tasks.

As a Sales Consultant at FORZ, you will:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates through consistent communication
  • Conduct in-person meetings with technical specialists and factory visits
  • Identify and qualify top technical experts and clients to build your exclusive portfolio
  • Collaborate with board members, directors, and senior managers of multinational companies
  • Continually expand your knowledge within your technical discipline, acting as a personal representative of the candidates

Your Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, open, social and communicative
  • Entrepreneurial: Creating opportunities by being pro-active and thinking outside the box
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate changes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and productivity

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, whether in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work
  • Network: Existing relationships or networks within the industries FORZ serves could be a significant advantage
